Beatnik Burly~Saturday January 23, 2016

Whoa daddy-o Saturday’s beatnik inspired burlesque show was far out. Hostess with the mostess Fionna Flauntit prepared a themed playlist to get the crowd in the mood while they waited for the show to start. Show host Kingpin, disguised as a Groucho Marx inspired beatnik had the crowd in stitches with his over the top character. Fionna kicked off the show with a cool off beat track followed by shimmy shake down that really amped up the crowd’s excitement. Oasis also welcomed two new dancers, the dazzling Dainty Box & International show girl supreme Coco Framboise whose performances had everyone hot and bothered…especially the crowd in perverts row! Perverts row has become the crowd’s  new favourite place to sit for the burlesque shows, it’s the long window ledge on the stage in the ballroom. Fionna has been calling out to the late comers in the hallway to come up on stage and take a seat and man, do the guests ever rush to take it!

Corsets & Cufflnks ~Friday January 22, 2016

The guests loved the theme this Friday, as many couples dressed up for the occasion. Fionna Flauntit graciously gave out a number of 50% off Oasis coupons to those who dressed in theme.  An intimate and eager crowd gathered in the ballroom for Esther De Ville’s burlesque lap dance workshop, which was fun for everyone, especially the men getting the lap dances! Special thank you to Esther, her assistant & to those who participated.

Sapphic Aquatica-the exclusive event for women and trans people -celebrated 3 years of sexuality and freedom on Sunday January 31st. Producer, promoter and host, Miss F brought an amazing group to assist in the festivities, which also included a fundraiser for Rainbow Rainbow-a registered, charitable organization that helps LGBTQ+ people, all over the world.

Any money towards to Rainbow Railroad included raffle tickets towards great prizes. A special thank you to LJ Studios and Purple Video Productions  for their donations of prizes. 4 winners were chosen and we appreciate all who donated towards this important cause.  A special mention to long standing S.A. volunteer and supporter Shona Fraser for her assistance with the raffle on site.

DJ Cozmic Cat provided sexy beats and had the crowd dancing on the main floor. A lap dance workshop by Sasha, held in the Oasis Ballroom,  kicked off the night and drew quite a number of spectators. They remained and more guests joined in the room once Sybian rides started, operated by a trained, female-identified staff member.  Guests were treated to this high-powered pleasure machine to the back drop of   porn, filmed on location, featuring  actors Sophie Rose, Jemma Valentine, Billy Autumn, Mara Dyne and more.  Stay tuned for more from the Lady Lips brand-queer, femme born that teases and pleases!

The main floor welcomed three fantastic performances; a poetry reading from Hoa Nguyen, transgender drag queen Judy Virago and burlesque sensation Belle Jumelles.  These performers entertained, seduced and added an element of art and glamour to the party.

Spectator Sex on Friday Jan 29, 2016 featured a lineup of planned and spontaneous performances on centre stage in the Oasis Ballroom. A couple performed to a packed room of voyeurs and were then joined on stage by two additional women to start a second performance as a FFFM quad. This lasted a good 45 minutes offering couples and women in attendance the chance to enjoy the show while getting warmed up and then sneaking off for some time together.

The next couple chose the red room with viewers peeking in from the one way windows and filling the third floor landing to get a better look. On Tuesday January 26th, the monthly event- Money Shot: Live Porn and Erotic Photography-welcomed back some favorite participants, regular guests and new faces.

Purple Video Productions brought porn actors Sophie Rose and Queen IV, who filmed live on the 3rd floor to a captive audience.  Edwin Locke Photography did a nude and suggestive photo shoot with event producer Miss F,  which was held on the stage in the Red Bar.

Newcomers R. Harris Photography brought a beautiful model but also welcomed customers to participate on site. Upon signing a waiver, guests were encouraged to participate in a photo shoot-either with their partner (s) and/or as a solo model.

Altovenue, which specializes in gorgeous alternative  photography brought along models Abbey Mars,  Kubota Hamalengwa and Kay Sewall. The Ballroom on the 2nd floor served a great backdrop to their colorful models in sexy poses. In the adjacent room, the Oasis Dungeon welcomed back erotic photographer NIX.  In between sets, Money Shot featured a sexy Spectator Sex performance, upstairs in the Red Room. It was a  red hot show to watch!

On Friday February 5th, the monthly event Sex School welcomed two  special guests to the Oasis Ballroom to discuss the chosen topic; ‘Porn & Partnerships; Secrets To A Healthy Relationships.’

This was  presented by porn actor/Oasis AquaFlirt Sophie Rose & her primary partner.  The conversation took guests on a journey from Sophie’s early experiences in the porn industry as a single woman  to finding love in a beautiful polyamorous relationship.  Sophie spoke candidly about her love for the porn industry and the difficulties faced while dating different people with varying opinions on her chosen profession.

She told an empowering story about following an unconventional passion and the importance of remaining honest and true to herself.  Upon meeting her current partner, Sophie found someone who she could share her dreams with and discovered a whole new level of intimacy, while still performing-and loving!-in porn.

The couple exchanged funny antidotes about their relationship and their own journey towards discovering porn/erotic photo shoots as a couple. While they do not yet perform together, this is an avenue that they are exploring and with any shared experience, they discussed the importance of communication.

It was lovely to hear about the intensity of their sex lives and the humorous comparison between ‘porn sex positions,’ and sex had between closed doors while the cameras were off.

Whether in a monogamous ‘vanilla’ relationship, exploring polyamory and/or engaged in a situation that mixes ‘business with pleasure,’ guests found this presentation relatable, interesting and fun! Many thanks to the presenters for sharing such personal and inspiring aspects of their lives.

Sex School occurs monthly on the 1st Friday of the month, starting at 10:00pm.  Other than admission into Oasis Aqualounge, there is no additional cost to attend.

Wiggle Wednesday -February 3, 2016

The ballroom was packed with regulars and some newbies this past Wiggle Wednesday, everyone huddled and snuggled in close together awaiting the show. It must have been the cold weather that was making everyone all hot and bothered; the crowd’s sexual energy was highly contributing to the super sexed ambiance in the room (not to mention the new stage lighting).

With a staked line up like St. Stella, Ruby Magnitude, Archer and Trudy Dare, it was no wonder this Wiggle Wednesday boasted a packed house. The show consisted of classic and neo-burlesque as well as circus and variety; each performer shared their vision and interruption of what “red, hot & rockin'” meant!

The ladies were all gorgeous, comical  and sexy but it was the hula hooping/strip tease by Archer that stole the show. The audience was literally stomping on the floor and chanting “holy shit, holy shit!” following his performance, an Oasis first. The show, vibe and whole night after wards was a truly magical experience. Thank you to the performers for knocking it out of the park.

Despite the freezing cold and Super Bowl Oasis guests still came out for the fourth installment of Babe-a-licious ~Just Desserts.  With Valentines Day approaching and to get people in the mood, hostess Fionna Flauntit thought the theme for the three course meal (served on the very naked Oasis AquaFlirts) should be focused on desserts.

The first course was bite size butter tarts and brownies, the second course featured berries, whipped cream and chocolates followed by chocolate covered profiteroles and chocolate cupcakes as the third course. Before each course the guests patiently waited for some photos to be snapped and the words “bon appétit” to dine. Guests licked, nibbled and devoured the delectable morsels until not a crumb was left. This theme was another Babe-a-licious success, the guests absolutely loved it…we can’t wait for the next one!

Spa Sunday offers complimentary manicures and pedicures from 3pm-6pm.

Every second Sunday of the month, Oasis Aqualounge offers complimentary manicures and pedicures in the afternoon in the Ballroom.  On February 14th, Miss F and Grace E Love decorated the space & created a special environment to celebrate Valentine’s Day during Spa Sunday.  Services were offered from 3:00pm-6:00pm, which  included manicures, pedicures, foot massages and delicious snacks.

Guests enjoyed being pampered within  a relaxing, social environment.  An impromptu reading of erotic literature entertained the group as both new guests and regular faces gathered together for some Sunday afternoon delights. Spa Sunday will return on Sunday March 13th, from 3:00pm-6:00pm. First come, first serve.

The evening portion featured a lovely ‘Heart Opener Tantra’ workshop by Goddess which aimed to connect couples with a deeper sense of connection and intimacy. Compliment massages were then offered by our resident R.M.P, following the workshop.

Oasis welcomed a slew of sexy vendors on Friday night, setting the perfect shopping market for Valentines gift ideas. JC Sexy Soaps, 6Whips, CraftyyChas, Flash ‘n Flauntit and Oasis Aqualounge were set up in the ballroom from 8:00 pm-midnight vending their amazing products. Although the snow was blowing outside and it was the coldest night of the year, the ballroom proved to be the hot spot in the club next to the pole dance workshop on the main floor. Guests enjoyed picking up that little extra something special for their loved ones and we can’t wait to have these talented artisans back at the club.

On the first long weekend of 2016, Oasis Aqualounge hosted an ‘Anything But Clothes’ party on Monday February 15th. This event encouraged guests to ‘dress up’  using various materials and construct costumes out of household items, stationary and various adhesives.  The result was an imaginative collection of various outfits that were both sexy and creative. Those who preferred a clothing optional experience were welcome to remain in the nude, during the event.

Lotus Lily-an experienced rope kinkster presented a ‘Rope Clothing’ demonstration in the Oasis Dungeon.  Keeping in line with the theme, Lotus Lily explained various knots and ties that could be used to create the illusion of clothing on the body. This feature gathered a lot of interest from  guests, some of who stayed for more kinky play, following the presentation., s

An ABC Costume Contest was held on the main floor at 11:00pm, with background beats provided by DJ Ella Vation. Over 30 customers were dressed for the event and a few prizes were handed out, for the most elaborate costumes.

On Saturday February 20th, the popular event -Unicorn Night-returned to Oasis Aqualounge. This party encourages socializing and play between ‘unicorns’ ( a bisexual woman looking to meet a couple) and ‘hunters’ (a couple looking for a third female playmate).  To the delight of many couples, over 30 unicorns were in attendance, unveiling the mystery behind the elusive creature!

In the Oasis Ballroom,  complimentary  sensual massages were offered to women as a friendly icebreaker and ‘yoni’ paintings were provided to those who wanted to see their pretty petals displayed on paper. Both aspects were very popular and helped to create ease among the guests.

From February 26th-28th, Oasis Aqualounge exhibited in the annual Sexapalooza trade show, held at the International Center in Mississauga. The Oasis AquaFlirts represented the club, speaking to guests about our facilities, events and our liberated, clothing-optional, sex-positive environment.  It was a fun and exciting show, full of exhibitors and performances.

The Oasis ball pit welcomed guests of the show to ‘take the  plunge’ and hear more about our venue.  Adult film star Tori Black and burlesque beauty Belle Jumelles came by and snuggled in the ball pit with the staff and 50% coupons were offered as an incentive for first time visitors. Owner Jana Rodriguez and Marketing Director Miss F presented an informative seminar on ‘Your First Visit To A Sex Club’ during all three days of the show. As an added bonus,  we had a contest encouraging guests to enter to win day passes to Oasis Aqualounge.

On Saturday March 5th, colorful characters and cartoon porn took us back in time during the ‘Betty, Archie & Veronica’ event.  In celebration of threesomes and love triangles, couples were encouraged to bring a third woman along for free.  Event producer Miss F and sexy webcam star Lena Spanks played ‘Veronica and Betty,’  hosting contests that were held in the Oasis Ballroom.

On Sunday March 13th, complimentary spa services were provided in the Oasis Ballroom from 3:00pm t0 6:00pm.  Miss F and Grace E. Love converted the second floor play space into a soothing  ‘oasis’ where women and their partners could relax, socialize and enjoy healthy fresh fruits, while being pampered.

Manicures and pedicures were offered on a first come, first serve basis and the turn out was fantastic! Both regular faces and new guests had a chance to chat with the hosts and meet various people at the club. One woman shared her original pieces of erotic fiction to an appreciative crowd, while everyone listened attentively. It was a great edition to the soothing, hands-on attention and proved to be a great icebreaker.

Spa Sunday will return on Sunday April 10th, at 3:00pm. This event is gaining popularity and soon, these services will be offered outside on our beautiful pool deck. The monthly event ‘Money Shot: Live Porn & Erotic Photography’ returned to Oasis Aqualounge on Tuesday March 22nd.  We welcomed back some familiar faces and  also some brand new talent! Guests of the event were treated to a special feature to kick off the night; a complimentary eye make-up tutorial and application from 8:00pm-10:00pm. For those who love the look of smoldering, bedroom eyes that look great off and on screen, the artist will be returning for an encore presentation at the next Money Shot event on Tuesday April 26th.

On Tuesday May 3rd, Oasis Aqualounge hosted  Pride Toronto, who presented a press conference to unveil the exciting, line up of Pride festivities, starting in June of this year.

The press conference also served to commemorate the 35th anniversary of the bathhouse raids. Oasis Aqualounge was chosen as the location for this press conference as it was one of sites of the raids, dating back to when the building was called Club Toronto.  Over the 5 past years, Oasis Aqualounge has grown to become the largest on-premise sex club in Ontario. While Oasis Aqualounge caters mainly to straight couples, it was an honor to join Pride Toronto, in remembering the history and struggles of bathhouse culture.

Highlights of the morning included a presentation by Executive Director of Pride Mathieu Chantelois,  introductions by Scott Mullin, Vice President of Community Relations, TD Bank (Platinum Pride sponsor) and a playful ‘towel boy’ performance on stage,  in the Oasis Ballroom. Marketing Director Fatima Mechtab  and the Oasis Aqua Flirts were on hand to provide tours and offering a delicious selection of rainbow-colored mocktails. The press conference welcomed over 60 guests and city-wide media in attendance.

Oasis Aqualounge will be celebrating Pride with a over a week of themed events and will be joining in the annual Pride Parade on Sunday July 3rd.

On Tuesday April 26th, the monthly event Money Shot-Live Porn & Erotic Photography welcomed a new photographer to the roster-KnightVision and  gorgeous model Madison Rexx. Beautiful shots of Madison were captured in the Oasis Ballroom-feast your eyes on her seductive poses!

Porn company Purple Video Productions filmed with two sexy starlets in the Fireplace Room, located on the 3rd floor.  Although this was the first time that Sophie Rose and Alt Candice shot together, the colorful pair seemed quite comfortable. We can’t wait to see more of this dynamic duo!

On Saturday May 7th, the Oasis Aqua Flirts joined over 20, 000 marches in support of the legalization of marijuana.  While Oasis Aqualounge is  a completely smoke- free establishment, we do support such liberal values and freedoms.  The Global Marijuana March celebrated its 18th year, attracting supporters, peaceful protesters and cannabis users from all walks of life.

The Aqua Flirts handed out promotional postcards to those interested in learning more about Oasis Aqualounge.  Saturday’s visit to  Queen’s Park  offered the chance to get the word out about Oasis, as well as the chance connect with like-minded, spirited individuals on a beautiful Saturday afternoon.  Check out  the fun they had and be sure to watch for more Aqua Flirt sightings around Toronto, this summer.
