Today I’m reviewing the Fetish Fantasy Min Luv Butt Plug. Right off,  this is not an ideal beginner plug. I would  recommend a soft silicone material for a beginner type of anal toy. That said, this was definitely one anal toy that I was  excited about using because it’s so beautiful and I loved how expensive the heavy material felt.

It seems to me that the aesthetic of this toy is its key feature;  whether  being the colour, detailing or the material. Since the  Mini Luv Plug is made of aluminum, I found it easy to clean which is very important with any toy but especially important for all anal toys.

I will admit, however, there was some general discomfort when first inserting the toy- not due to the size- but because the end is hard and pointy. Being that I’m new to anal toys, that was the only thing that I personally found as a slight downside to the Mini Luv plug.

The aluminum gave the Mini Luv Plug properties that felt similar to glass dildos,  in the way that it offered some sensation play. By leaving the toy in cool water or warm water,  it changes the general temperature of the toy to give an added sensation while using it.  All in all, I absolutely love the Fetish Fantasy Mini Luv Butt Plug and simply just having it in my collection. It’s a very pretty plug that gets a lot of positive praise. I would highly recommend this as a gift if your partner is into anal play or anal toys as it is really a toy that has that ‘wow’ factor!

In celebration of the holidays, I have a fun  toy review  that has me giggling! I’ll be reviewing an item from Pipedream’s Icicles line item #59. I’ve  been referring to it as a glass candy cane dildo…are we all laughing yet? Yes, it looks just like a candy cane but oh so pretty!

This is my first glass dildo and I will say its very smooth – even more so than a silicone (in my humble opinion). What I am trying to say is that it slides in well, if you catch my drift!  I experimented with temperature play by putting the glass in warm water to warm it up and it feels so good! • The flatter head makes this a  good toy for all genders,  as it is quite versatile.

Cons:

• The head of the toy is a little too flat for just clitoral use. In my own personal opinion, rounder wands are more effective for clitoral stimulation. If tilted to the side, the edge it still does the trick!
•  Not waterproof or submergeable

Strength is the buzz word that I’ve seen described  about this toy. I think it may have been  given the wrong name as I found it didn’t live up to a name as intense as the ‘Rumble’. The Sex, Couples, and Science Study (SECS Study)

Women’s Health in Women’s Hands Community Health Centre and U of T are running a study to investigate how sex affects immune responses. In this study, we screen heterosexual couples for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and if they don’t have any, we ask them to have sex at home. At the clinic we collect genital samples and blood from both members of the couple – for the men, this means self-collecting non-invasive swabs in a washroom, and for the women, this means having a speculum exam like when you have a pap test. From March 3rd-March 5th, Oasis Aqualounge exhibited in the annual Sexapalooza Consumer Show held at the International Center in Mississauga. This is so far the coolest toy that I own to date (yes it even beats out the We-Vibe for me). This vibe is a panty vibe that is remote controlled. The box itself comes with a pouch for the panties, a very comfortable black lace thong, the vibe that inserts into the panties, battery, charger, instructions, and the remote.

The vibrator itself offers 5 intensity levels and 5 functions to select from. I’m not typically a fan of functions but the main reason for me liking this over my other really unique toys is the intensity it offers. I know that in previous reviews I am a bit of a goldie locks when it comes to what I like. I am PICKY about vibe intensities (not enough, too much, just right). This vibe offers the perfect intensity levels for someone like myself that needs something right in the middle. The vibrator can be controlled from up to 15-20 feet away. This was kind of hard to test alone but from my not so scientific study from home this claim seems to hold up.

The BEST part of this toy though is the club mode. On the remote there is the option to select a button, which looks like a megaphone. I sat the remote on my laptop with a song playing on a moderate volume and the vibrator began to pulsate with the beat! The remote has the ability to pick up the beat from music and translate that over to the vibrator. I absolutely have to wear this out clubbing despite it potentially driving me absolutely crazy.

Pairing this Aqua lube by WICKED is an excellent pairing with it being a water based lubricant. I do not have to worry about this lube breaking down the material of the toy but it is also a very thin lubricant. What I mean by that is there is more water than anything else making it a smooth and light lubricant that does absorb at a rapid pace. This is a good lubricant to *ahem* get you started. I do enjoy thinner lubes as some thicker lubricants can leave me feeling sticky and gross. For me this is an excellent texture of lubricant to pair with clitoral or vaginal toys/play.

Saturday June 10th  marked the  annual World Naked Bike Ride in Toronto.  This  ride is a peaceful, fun-loving protest against oil dependency and urban pollution. The Oasis AquaFlirts took full advantage of the beautiful, sunny weather and rode down from Oasis Aqualounge to Coronation Park to engage in socializing, body painting and spreading the word about the club.

Summer belongs to the Oasis AquaFlirts! Our fun and flirty team of brand ambassadors celebrated the holiday Monday at the Redpath Waterfront Festival on July 3rd.  They spent the day touring around HTO Park, while taking pictures of the various attractions.

Among these were a  giant chess set, crafting stations, entertainment and giant rubber duck, the which was docked at the harbor for the Canada Day long weekend. The AquaFlirts brought ‘Proud & Flirty’ balloons to give away and even AquaBella  joined in the fun! The weather was hot and sunny and the AquFlirts stayed cool in their promotional clothing, courtesy of the Oasis AquaShop clothing line.

On Saturday July 8th, the AquaFlirts stepped out to the annual TD Salsa in Toronto Festival.  They were able to incorporate a few dance moves into their promoting while handing out marketing material to interested guests.
